Create the small workshop tool your process is missing

Workshop helpers are strong AI CAD jobs because their interfaces and limits can be measured. PurCad turns those facts into editable geometry without pretending a generated fixture is automatically safe for every machine or load.

Bound the job around the work area

Measure the available envelope, mounting face, tool access and the object being held. Include fasteners, insertion direction and clearance for gloves or chips. A constrained holder or tray is easier to verify than an open-ended request for workshop equipment.

Generate the simplest useful fixture first

Start with the locating and mounting features, then add handling or organization details in focused revisions. Keep critical dimensions as parameters so the same design can be adapted to another tool size without rebuilding it from scratch.

Test access, retention and manufactured fit

Inspect sections around fasteners and contact surfaces. Print a fit sample or machine a low-cost prototype before full use. Confirm that the fixture does not obstruct controls, cutters, ventilation or safe removal of the workpiece.

Machine and lifting fixtures need qualified review

PurCad validation does not certify clamping force, spindle safety or lifting capacity. Any fixture exposed to cutting forces, heavy objects or human safety consequences requires appropriate material analysis and professional approval.
